I designed the website for Nica, a real estate project in Nova Gorica, to effectively present the location, architecture, and available units. The site needed to work as a sales tool for different buyer profiles: from those who decide quickly, to those who need more time and information before making contact.

The site structure mirrors the natural decision-making process of a potential buyer, with clear answers to the key questions:
Content flows logically, from general location and surroundings, through architectural highlights, to specific unit data and floor plans. Navigation is designed for quick access to key information at any stage of the process.
The visual identity is built around soft shades of blue. Rounded buttons give the interface a polished, approachable feel. Serif typefaces are used for headings, sans-serif for body text to maximise readability.
